Priio® draws on the PreMortem Methodology, a tool commonly used to execute with clarity. Distilled into a work session-style experience, Priio delivers the top ranked results you need to focus on and builds an instant strategy while fostering individual accountability.
MY ROLE
My role focused on improving both usability and scalability of the experience by designing new features and optimizing core interactions across the platform.
Key contributions included:
Designing the responsive experience across different screen sizes and devices
Improving the drag-and-drop system to create a smoother and more intuitive board interaction
Creating new workflows that allowed facilitators to assign participants to specific pain points and follow-up actions
Designing functionality for creating and managing groups within categories
Enabling users to dynamically create, edit, and delete cards during live collaborative sessions
Refining interaction patterns and UI behaviors to support real-time collaboration and workshop flexibility
A major focus throughout the project was balancing flexibility and structure, ensuring the platform could support dynamic collaborative sessions while remaining intuitive and easy to navigate.
